Project Overview
At Balance Familie AG, I refactored e-commerce sales processes and improved the overall user experience to make the digital journey more effective. By reviewing how users interacted with the website and refining key parts of the purchasing process, the work contributed to a 35% increase in overall revenue.
I also rebuilt the website with search performance in mind and introduced new JavaScript booking forms to improve functionality. These changes helped strengthen the site’s visibility, contributing to a 40% increase in organic traffic while creating a more streamlined experience for customers.
